About Parkland OSC

Our mission is to be a holistic child-focused early learning center that  helps children to develop socially, physically, emotionally and  cognitively under the care and guidance of  trained early childhood educators and within a child-friendly environment. 

We embrace a learning environment that prepares children for the path ahead.   We follow a learning through play philosophy.  We program for art activities, physical education, and tabletop activities. We strive for creativity and teaching children about physical literacy and helping them remain active for life through play. 

Our programs abide by all government licensing regulations including having the necessary staff in ratio with required staff certification levels.

Our staff are professionals who support the growth and learning of young children.
